For Former RTN Credit Card Members:

If you need assistance accessing your credit card account, please call 1-866-820-4894.

You now can view your balances, payment due date and make a payment through MVCU online and mobile banking.

To view your transaction history, dispute a transaction, make real-time payments and other services, go to "Card Management" and click on "RTN Credit Card Management" or go to Visa Online Access.

If you had online access to your credit card account in RTN online banking, you will need to click on the "Enroll" button to re-enroll as an existing user. If you did not have online access, simply click on the enroll button.

Follow these simple steps:

• Log in to Visa Online Access
• Click on "Enroll"
• Click on "Continue"
• Read and accept the Terms and Conditions
• Enter your credit card number and click on "Next"
• Continue enrollment by providing your social security number, date of birth and ZIP code
• Select the button next to your email address and click "Next"
• Complete the profile settings by entering your username, password and selecting three security questions
• Click "Send" to receive your passcode
• Enter the passcode provided, then click on "Submit"
• You will be brought to the next screen. Click on "Account Summary" to see your account information.
