If you enter incorrect login information several times in quick succession, your account will be locked for security reasons. Once your account has been locked, you will need to contact a member service representative at 800.356.0067 to reset your account.

If you have forgotten your online banking password, you can find the "Forgot Password?" link on the home page beneath the "Password" field.  

• Click the link
• Read and accept the Password Recovery disclosure, and click Continue
• Enter your Username, Social Security Number, and ZIP code, and click Continue
• Select how you would like to receive the temporary password: Email or text message.  Click Continue
• Retrieve the Temporary Password
• Enter your username and click Continue
• Enter the Temporary Password
• Create a new password

Encryption is a security measure to guard your data. 128-bit encryption simply refers to the size of the 'key' used to encrypt information. A longer key means the encryption is more "random" and someone attempting to decipher information will have to try more combinations to guess the key. Each extra bit in a key doubles the complexity of the key.

To log out of Online Banking:

• Click the down arrow next to your name
• Select Log Out

To log out of Mobile Banking:

• Click the More menu in the bottom right hand corner
• Select Log Out

If you do not log off, your online banking session will eventually time out automatically for your protection.  We recommend against using public computers to access any private information.  If you need access to your accounts on-the-go, consider the MVCU app!

Funds deposited through the app will be available two business days (Monday through Friday) from the date of deposit.

Checks deposited through mobile deposit will be made available for withdrawal and/or use in accordance with the terms and conditions of our Funds Availability Policy. 

When making remote deposits via the Mobile Banking app, please note the following limits: $5,000 per deposit, and $25,000 per rolling 30 days.

Make a Mobile Deposit

• Endorse your check(s) followed by the words "For MVCU Remote Deposit to MVCU".  
• Select "Mobile Check Deposit" from the menu.
• Select the Account into which you would like to deposit your check from the drop down.
• Take a photo of the front and back of your check
• Submit your check

Yes! You can transfer funds between eligible accounts with Online Banking and our Mobile App:

1. Login to online banking
2. Select the Transfer widget, and select the Classic tab
3. Select the account you want to transfer the money from
4. Click on "transfer to another Merrimack Valley Credit Union member" and enter the required information
5. Enter the amount, and click "Submit Transfer"
